Most of our orders are shipped via USPS using priority first class mail. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

Currently, most orders take 7-10 days to create & produce. Larger orders may take a bit longer.

All of our plaques and picture frames are proudly handcrafted in the US. We only use US-made flags that are ready for retirement. We take great pride in supporting local craftsmanship and ensuring the highest quality in every piece we create.

NO! While we specialize in honoring military service members, we also create custom plaques and frames for first responders, including firefighters, EMS, and law enforcement. We proudly honor all public service heroes with our handcrafted products.

We currently offer frame sizes in 3x5 and 5x7. If you have a specific size in mind, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to create a frame that fits your photo perfectly.

We currently offer frames in BLACK & WHITE. We are working with our vendor to offer other colors including shortly.
